Verbier Festival Junior Orchestra – Chef
Originally from Northampton in the UK, Amy came to Verbier for the skiing in 2009. She has stuck around for the freeride skiing opportunities, stunning mountains, year-round sunshine, climbing, hiking, skiing, skiing, more skiing!
Before coming to Verbier, Amy gained a degree in Management and French, and worked for 5 years as an Editor in London. She has worked for a chef for 5 years now in family chalets and villas, and enjoys working with individual clients to tailor menus and food that they love specifically to them. “I love food and the creativity of creating menus and flavour combinations”.
When she isn’t working, Amy enjoys climbing, walking, skiing, ski touring, yoga, and is also doing a second degree online in Environmental Studies.
She is most looking forward to getting to know all the different nationalities of kids on the Verbier Festival programme this year and becoming involved in the summer camp team.
