If a day at summer camp isn’t enough, did you know it’s possible to add private lessons to your booking? Open to all ages, we offer a choice of sports coaching, language lessons, and paragliding flights to make the most of the beautiful views in Verbier. These lessons occur in Verbier with specialist coaches on a 1-1 basis.
When do private lessons happen?
For our Marmot campers, private lessons take place 1-2 pm, straight after camp meaning your children will be with us from 9 am-2 pm.
If your kids join our adventure or language camps, lessons will be between 4-6 pm. The exact timings and schedule will be sent to you before you arrive in Verbier so you can plan each day of the week. If lessons don’t start at 4pm, (some start at 4:30 for example) children are welcome to stay at camp with our residential campers until their lesson starts.
Where do our private lessons take place?
English and French lessons are at the camp base, where you drop your children off each morning. This means that you pick them up at the same place, just at a later time.
Tennis lessons run at the local sports center with one of our professional tennis coaches. We will take your child(ren) to the sports center at the beginning of their lesson and you’ll pick them up from the sports center at the end of the lesson. The address is Chemin de Plan Pra 12A, 1936 Verbier and the coach will meet you at the entrance.
Golf lessons take place at the driving range up at Le Carrefour – as per tennis, we would take your child(ren) here and you’d pick them up at the end of the lesson at the bottom of the driving range. The address is Route du Golf, 1936 Bagnes.
Booked a swimming lesson? This will be at the Mondzeu pool in Place Central and the address for pick up from here is Chemin des Vernes 10, 1936 Verbier.
If you’ve booked a wonderful paragliding flight, these take off from Ruinettes so we will drop the child(ren) off to the team at Verbier Summits at Medran. They will take them to Ruinettes, fly them down to Le Chable, and return them to you at Medran. Or if like a lot of parents, you’d like to watch the flight, you can meet at Medran and head up to Ruinettes with them. Just don’t forget your lift pass!

How many private lessons should I book?
It isn’t compulsory to book private lessons however, if you do book, we recommend just 1 private lesson per day. This ensures campers also have sufficient rest time before their next day’s exciting adventure!
Do I need to book a lesson every day of the week?
Not at all, if you’d like to book private lessons, you can book just 1 or you can book 1 every day or a few days, it is completely up to you and what you think your child(ren) would prefer.
Can I book a mixture of private lessons?
Yes, for example, you could book tennis one day, paragliding another, and 3 days of English. We would still advise only 1 per day but it doesn’t need to be the same lesson each day.
Can I choose which days the lessons take place?
Normally, we look at all private lessons booked during the week and allocate days that will best suit all of our clients. Your private lesson schedule will be sent to you the week before you arrive however if you have specific requests for certain days, let us know at the time of booking and we will be happy to organise this for you.
Will my child(ren) have the same teacher each day?
We always aim to provide the same teacher for all private lessons of the same discipline (English, tennis, etc) however if we are busy, the lessons may be provided by more than one teacher. If this is the case, we will discuss this with you before confirming your booking.
How much do private lessons cost?

English or French Lessons – CHF 100 per hour
Tennis Lessons – CHF 150 per hour
Golf Lessons – CHF 150 per hour
Swimming Lessons – CHF 150 per hour
