At Altitude in Verbier, we pride ourselves on employing only the best staff in the industry when. All our staff are all highly experienced, qualified and enjoy working with children. The majority have worked on our Summer Camps here in Switzerland for many years, also working as instructors for our Ski School in the winter months.

Our International Summer Camp Director, Laura, has also been with the company since 2006, and is always on hand to guarantee only the highest level of education, quality and care is delivered on each camp.

Our staff ensure every camper is safe and healthy at camp, whilst also encouraging fun, self-discovery, and personal growth during their summer at Altitude. Our high staff to child ratio means that each child is known individually by staff members, enabling them to ensure that every camper is happy, having fun, and making new friends.

To ensure the best language tuition available, all our language teachers are native speakers and fully qualified to teach either English or French. All our team leaders are also English speaking, and encourage all campers to speak in English outside of their language lessons, to promote language development and also ensure inclusivity for all campers, whatever their nationality and mother tongue.
